Managed the Email & SMS marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo & Attentive) for 10+ niche fragrance houses, as well as a multi-branded fragrance e-commerce platform. My responsibilities spanned end-to-end channel ownership, including creative design execution, copywriting, audience segmentation strategies, campaign scheduling, and performance optimization. I implemented A/B testing to identify the most effective send times and content approaches, while also delivering regular benchmark reporting to track KPIs and inform future strategy.

Once I define an objective, I segment subscriber lists based on purchasing habits, onsite event actions, predictive data, as well as demographic and behavioral attributes to ensure highly personalized and relevant messaging.

After hitting “schedule” on campaign or automated flows, I carefully analyze performance data, generate key metric reports, and apply A/B testing insights to refine future campaigns and adjust sending strategies for maximum effectiveness.
